Our events
Meet and network with leading tech and telecoms journalists regularly at our Talking Shop events.
If you would like to receive information about these events as our schedule develops, drop us a line and we'll put you on our mailing list. (NB: We won't sell, rent or otherwise transmit your details to anyone, no matter how much money they offer us.)
22 July
Talking Shop: Tech & telecoms @ The Times
Join us in central London on the evening of Tuesday 22 July for a evening of discussion with a trio (possibly a quartet!) of journalists from The Times.
• Jonathan Richards, tech correspondent, The Times & Times Online
• Lilly Peel, telecoms correspondent, The Times
• Holden Frith, editor of Tech & Web, Times Online
(NB: We're hoping that Mike Harvey, recently appointed as US tech correspondent for The Times, will also be able to join us. We're still awaiting confirmation.)
Reserve your place at this event NOW!
As usual at Talking Shop, our aim will be to help you refine your story pitches -- and understand how senior journalists operate on a day-to-day basis. During this particular session, we're also going to try to tease out the (occasionally complex) relationship between The Times in print and Times Online.
This event will be held at Edelman's new offices in SW1 -- roughly equidistant from Google's London HQ and the Palace of Westminster.
We'll be kicking off at 6pm with drinks. At 7pm, the roundtable starts. Afterwards, there will be further opportunities for networking and chat with each other and our guests over a glass or two of something cold.
NB: Because Edelman has kindly provided us with a venue for this event, Fullrun has been able to reduce the cost of attending Talking Shop. Please note, however: this event is open to all marketers and PRs.
We are grateful to the sponsors of Fullrun's Talking Shop:
